I have seen it where lots of people are logged on, some one will post a anyone for chat post, and then people go in.

A view if anyone is in chat means not wasting time loading chat up only to see tumble weeds blowing by

What about small window at top of the forum listing that flashes when someones in there?

What web browser are you using? Internet explorer or Firefox?

yeh explorer, having trouble uploading photo's too, says upload file full but using small files?
