City Lights has a new owner.

Hi guys,
Just letting you all know that the previous owner of CITY LIGHTS (my dad) has fallen quite ill and can no longer work therefore can not finish the van. He asked me to get rid of the van so I said that I'd organise for it to be taken and destroyed but little does he know it is now at my house. I'd like to try and get it finished for him but I don't know much about Bedfords so is there anyone in WA that could help me source parts and provide general information. Ha long shot here but first I need to get my hands on a semi rust free donor van. Any help is appreciated.
