Question for the W.A boys

I have a freind who has a 1987 toyota hiace which has a twin throat down draft carby on a 4 cyl 3y motor. The question is, does anyone know where he can go in Perth to get this carbie tuned properly because at the moment its quite thirsty and i think it could do with some TLC ?  :-\
