Wanted front stub axles
« on: September 20, 2012, 12:42:19 AM »
Looking for some CF front stub axles, any condition, scored, bent or even brocken, I know someone will have them lying around.
Please reply so we can work out price, collection or postage as required.
Also need inner tie rod ends, any suggestions to where I can get new ones?
Take your time, you get there in the End

is it safe to make your own drop axels? i suppose you could drill and tap a thread into the spindle part and also weld too would this be how youd do it? interesting.

I would have thought they'd have to be forged or a solid one-piece with no welding.

I had a mk 1 Jaguar way back in a past life.
That had front stubs that connected through the uprights.
I remember taking them out to be crack tested. (they passed)
Funny old life.
