V8 CFS on Trading Post

G'day

Found a yellow V8 CFS on Trading Post:
http://www.tradingpost.com.au/Automotive/Classic-Unique-Cars/Vintage-Classic-Cars/AdNumber=TP005370926

bedford van with a 383 chevy and turbo 700 lockup auto. this van was built in the late 70s for towing a sprintcar around, and has had the same owner since 1981. i have aquired it in a deal but have no room for it in the long term. its on full rego in qld, and i reckon it would pass a rwc ,but im NOT supplying it with one.it has 10inch wide rear rims and 7 inch on the front. we just installed a pair of new coach seats in the back to make it a 4 seater. its no show car, but a very honest old van that is super reliable. its been garaged its entire life.it was painted yellow back in 1990, so its a bit rough, but still looks good from 10ft. put it on club rego, and have a very cool friday night cruiser.

Reading between the lines $13500 sounds a bit high, but then maybe not...
The problem I have is that most of my stories end with... and that is why I am not allowed to go back there!

here's one on carsales
http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/bedford-cf-1974-12919601?base=1216&vertical=Car&cr=0&eapi=2&__N=1246%201247%201252%201282%204294967091%201216&silo=Stock&Range=Price:Min,Max~0.5&sort=default
This Bedford panel van has a two year old paint job so what you see is what you get. The interior has been pimped out with a velvet feel soft shaggy material,it has 5 Led lights throughout the car which look great at night. It has all holden running gear a 1974 253 v8 statesman engine and automatic gear box, twin exhausts with leukey extractors. The Van also has massive mag wheels 275/60 rear tyres and 225/60 front tyres. Has a set up to sleep in the back thats easily assembled and a pioneer cd player with 5 speakers. The dash was put in by the previous owner so honestly not sure of the actual kms of the engine but i had it taken out a year ago had all the seals replaced and checked for wear and tear nothing needed replacing and it looked in good condition. The van is cheap to run on LPG and has fuel petrol option. I love this car but due to personal issues i have been forced to sell it.
If you like it do it, If you like it a lot do it a lot!

Its not as if the vin will reveal that it a hidden v8 proto type. I only give it out on the reciet or if someone rings and asks
make it reliable, or smash it with a big hammer

so ring and ask. And then I would give it out, But not to a bloked  number. And if the person ain't happy doing it my way, They don't get it, As soon as someone say there coming to have a look, I store there number. To many scammers, whos uncle lives in Tiwan or someplace and wont your address, to come and have a look, Bank account to put a deposit in

    NAME
    ADDRESS
    BANK ACCOUNT
CHASSIS AND ID OF YOUR VECHILE

They have every thing they need to clean you out and put a security against your car. (which means no clear title) ::) ::) :'( :'( :'( :'(
make it reliable, or smash it with a big hammer
