Isn't there some rule that says if the vehicle is pre 1980 ?? and wasn't originally fitted with seat belts then You don't need to have them fitted?

The Journey of a 1,000 miles starts with a single step...are we there yet?

ahhh its 1969 or 1970 the ADR ( australian design regulations came in )  and as long as the vechile is still unmodified  u dont have too...yet if anything as been modified then u gotta have seat belts....
all beddies are after 1970 so they would have all been fitted with belts....
anyway with the kuckle heads u get on the roads thses days ...there  a must i reckon.  ;D
