That does look pretty neat with the lower roof but it would be a bit of a mission. Might have to have a think about it for the next set of mods when I run out of the current work list.

Seems a lot of spot welds, and don't forget the glue used ...

I'd be more inclined to drill the SWB roof's from underneath (or chisel and grind) and drill the LWB from above. Then (the reason for this) just hire a spot welder and spot weld the roofs back on and just mig across the join (which should be in the middle as the roofs taper)
This would save countless hours grinding up all the plug welds (1076?). just spot, seal and paint

don`t forget the roof struts as they will be different hights as well
classic not plastic . in my case bog and fiberglass
