look at the pic Ben & see how the window sticks out.. thats still there when the door is open..

if you have a look at the doors on a an EK you will see that the window frame protrude into the door opening.



So when you opened the door to get out you would often hit your knee on the edge of the window frame.

yep Warren thats it.. but the Vaxual was a sharp angle the holden had the point rounded out of the end..

man the number of times i took my knees out on the damn thing..
