yeah ben i dont think its about money either but the dream of haveing the perfect beddy.
,plus he might have 2 arms? lol so its a week not weeks n weeks, hehe , just kiddin, hope ur gettin better n healing well.

i think its the easiest way of making ur beddy the way u want it, his beddys body prob exellent and just lacking in drive train?
so changeing his 6cyl,etc 2 chev v8 he then has the best of everything.
admittedly a nice large shed with concrete floors and airtools etc will make it heaps easier.

ohh plus a spare set of arms n hands or more.  (few mates 2 help)

p.s. make sure u use good stands for the vans, dont climb under something that might fall.
limbs and live are irraplaceable, and if someone got badly injured then the whole exercise would be a total waste of time.

thats the go jim, thats a great idea.
its very similer to the dash im putting in my van im just choping it up now and altering it to fit mine is a 68 plymouth fury dash that lod school look........

sorry marty i dont think its a good idea. its gunna take weeks and weeks of work to make an extra 500 - 1000 bucks? you may as well work your normal job and make 500 - 1000 bucks a week.. it may even cost you money unless you rip out the whole dash diff wiring loom everything. which you cant do cause its duel wheeler, and you have a single wheeler.

ive done this and it doesnt work for me. i have air tools, lifting cranes, you name it. only thing i dont have is a car hoist and concrete workshop floor but it would not save you enought time to be able to earn any where near as much as your normal job..

sorry for my negative view.
good luck, cause it could turn into a nightmare..

ben

its ver

im thinking of not putting that dash in my van not sure yet  i mainly just brought it for the v8 setup then ill put the motor that is in my van now and five speed  in it then sell it money i get from that i'll buy a 307 crate motor  keep the retrimed door trims roof concole and the seats and put in my van and out off it all my van will end up a nice van once done cant wait sorry guys but i know me mate said why dont i just keep that van but honestly i dont like vans with alot of windows in them i prefer windowless and just one bubble window at the back thats how my van will be and of course the flat window on the side of the van, i brought it without the velvet stuff in the back dont ask me why they wanted to keep that but they said they want it as i said to the guy im not fused in that, the van has been sitting for 12months. ill be going up in april to get her when i go up there for me sisters 21st b day and ill trailer her back to melb get it back and tune it up and get it in my van asap , caint wait
