Dinner with friends!
« on: October 01, 2010, 12:58:36 PM »
Had an oppotunity to Meet Chris Ryan at Craig and Jills last night for dinner.
Chris it was a plearsure buddy. :)
But one of the best things was it took me back to the old days.
Talking bedfords good food afew drinks the chance for some really intelligent conversation(thanks Jill) and some good times remembered with Craig,Chris,Jill, and Johno who ate all the meat,ha ha! ???
No really guys thank you for some feel good moments, sorry I had to leave for work (I was way late) :D
It will now become another bedford story to tell others.

Oh did I mention Bedford Nationals at Chris's place LOL! ;)

G'day

I am finally home after 3 flights including the "redeye" flight and 39 hours without sleep.

My hat goes off to Craig and Jill as excellent hosts, and to all the boys I had the pleasure of meeting.
I had a really good time.

In my travels I have met many CF owners and 99.99% of long term Beddy owners are top people. All the blokes I met on Friday were tops.
The problem I have is that most of my stories end with... and that is why I am not allowed to go back there!

Sorry I didn't get to meet ya, Chris.

Didn't know about the do until that very day and had already made some arrangements. Tried to do both but it just didn't work out. If I could've chosen between the two, it would've been the bbq for sure.

Next time, mate!

P.S. Thanks for the invite, Craig. Sorry for the no-show. How many lashings do I get? It was 10 to 10 by the time I finally wrapped things up here! Anyway, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it...

well, I have finally surfaced after 73 hrs work and only a scratch "on the build" sorry Chris, Craig, Jill .... I couldn't get there, would have liked nothing more than to be there, but work commitments / energy had other ideas +(the fact that Craig lives in antartica) south of perth.  ;D I can imagine the good times and can't wait to hear all about it. Dano....
Can I go play now...?
