hi ben , it took about 3 hours to form , fit and filler the infill panels. should take a couple of hours to cut the spray filler back tonight. glass less barn doors were produced over here , but as rare as hens teeth to find them, think they were a factory option that you had to order. the barn doors i have are shortened to fit the side door area . think ive posted pics on here of the shortening process , if i aint i will. i will post some pics of the forming process too.
