Hey all , Big Thanks to Wendy for helping me log in after 10 years or Purgatory!! Gunna start going thru old posts and having a Perv, may even comment on some old ones. Most of you wont know me but I was here at the beginning of the first board. I guess my biggest claim to fame is being Craig's brother. I know I know, someone has to do it LOL. Will Try to find a pic of my last van and post it so some may remember me.

Old Jeff Dellow used to say the mitsubishi express van cables worked for them, not sure but I looked on ebay and it looks to be the right thing. Here is the link:https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/CLUTCH-CABLE-YAZUKA-F65005/283660478283?fits=Model%3AExpress%7CMake%3AMitsubishi&hash=item420b7b674b:g:wi4AAOSwM0Vdu28~

I'm trying to put the pop/slide top of my 77 Beddie back together after taking it apart for repairs over a year ago. I lost some of the photos I took off it and can't remember how to put the spring assembly back that sits on the roof of the drivers cabin. Anyone got time to send some photos or give some sort of assistance?

Such Awesome truck  do you still have it  ? I loved the v8 sound I really missed it when it went to Victoria at one stage then came back I remember running up the  street to it because I was so shocked to see it back in lismore Then it was sold again then I believe you brought it I often think about it and wonder how it's going Hopefully not to sad with metal cancer it kills everything
I remember going for a ride in 1 d series mark had without seatbelts And the one you got the door came open going around a roundabout Im just lucky it wasn't in the one without seat belts as I could of fell out
Id Love to hear if you still have it and if you still got her on the road

Hi John Yes you will need a collapsible steering column & Disc brakes (front) if modifications are done to g/box mounts they have to be certified as well Speedo calibrated  But best get in touch with a engineer to verify everything You will find a list of certifiers on the RMS website

No worries happy to help.  Well picked up about the missing section. I can see you are in Belgium. In Australia, Bedfords had local carbies installed so I don't think anyone noticed the missing section up to now. I have scanned what I've got and added it to the UK link above. I might have some info on diesels too, if you need anything specific let me know. This is a UK focused site which might have some relevant info to your van. https://www.bedfordcf.org/
