was that new or second hand Banksx2?

also are you interested in getting it copied?

and which way does it adapt?

cheers
ben

Brand new.

Haven't fitted it yet but it looks to just bolt in using offset bolts (see photo at link below)

At the advertised price it's probably not worth the hassle of copying - there's a fair bit of machining involved for the different bits. The offset bolts would need a CNC lathe to do them in any quantity and the adapter plate has to be milled flat.

The adapter kit I picked up from Ebay has a width of about 15mm. About $250 from memory.

Don't know about the spline but I'm pretty sure the 700 is a bit longer so you'd be looking at shortening the tailshaft

Imagine reverse-parking the big beastie!!

With that overhang you'd take up the entire width of the footpath and be able to walk out of the Beddie rear door straight into the shop  ;D

Parallel parking would require a cricket pitch, two spotters and enough coin for three parking meters though...

Mezzmo has the Universal kit fitted to his Green Machine - that's the one that uses the standard Beddie window mech - any feedback on the unit Mezz?
