Wanted / Right Hand Door Handle - Exterior

 8) Hi Y'all - I am Chasing a Right Hand Exterior Door Handle to Fit a CFZ 280P 1988 Bedford Cab & Chassis unit that was the Base for my Ambulance.
I need this part quite urgently to enable me to pass through a Warrant of Fitness Check and get my Baby Road legal Again.
Can anyone out there in Beddyland Throw me a Help Line on this Part ASAP?
Appreciate any helpers in this point.
