Geez Ian ,,,Thats gotta piss ya off for sure :'( Had the motor done a few k's ?
-
yeah motor had been done somewhere along the track but it let go big time so needing a complete motor now it even punched the head hard enough that it killed it the number 6 piston now resides in the broken sump and the cam is in shorter pieces than it should be

With you run of shit luck of late are you sure you didn't drown kittens in a bucket when you were small?.
Look on the bright side, the new motor will be super sweet and you'll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labour without worries

What motor was it? We have to drill the camshaft on the 202 race motors and put a bolt in to strengthen them, as the strong valve springs often snap the camshaft. It's never a nice feeling all the same. I've seen more than my fair share of blown motors, tho these have all gone at around 6000rpm chasing wins ;)
For your next motor hit me up for some additive, it could well save your motor next time. Ask Dano for more info
