id suggest make them yourself. you can use all sorts of free materials.

i just picked up 50 plywood pallets the company said i can have all the old pallets i have i rough counted 1000!

im going to build a geodesic dome out of pallet timber its going to be really cheap.

How thick do you need the foam?
I used carpet underlay to line my old white van.
All sorced from a carpet layer,( end of rolls, and slightly damaged edges etc)(all new though)
I contact adhesed it to the ply pannels, then streched the crush velvet
Over it n stapled it along the back.
Worked great.
And was cheap as, cost $50 to do the whole van.
