Great find Chris, I wonder if anyone has "grafted " any Ford F350 series stuff to the drive line of a bedford?     if it's do-able some one would have done it by now.....surely

I'm pretty sure that some of the 4WD Bedfords have borrowed front and rear diffs from 4WD Ford F series trucks.
The 2WDS Ford F series diffs can also be used in Bedfords as they are quite wide.
