Title: Thermoshield
Post by: Postie Bob on October 01, 2013, 08:30:17 PM
Has anyone used this paint on their beddy roofs ?

Does it do what they claim ?  With a long, hot, summer on the way it could be the way to go .
A 4ltr can costs around $100 + postage .
Cheers, Bob.

Hi Bob,
Its great stuff, used it on a couple of caravans, a motorhome & a LWB econovan. works well, just isn't the prettiest. Hard to get a 'smooooth' finish.

Will give it a go.
Im not too fussed about the finish . Most of my roof is a f/glass pop-top .
I believe it can only be applied by brush or roller so a smooth job would be hard ( for me )  :) .

Looks like thermo-shield have their own clearcoat now, that should make it nicer!
