Hi Peoples, When we first joined the site, we spent hours and hours reading lots and lots of previous posts and I saw Beddy to HQ adaptor plates for sale "SOMEWHERE". Do you think I can find that post again? NOOOO!
Can someone put me onto the supplier PLEEEAASE!!!
Cheers SandB ??? ???

Hi SandB, are you enquiring about the adaptor plates that bolt onto the original axle hubs ? I would check with your State roadworthy department as they may not be legal, if they are I'm tipping there would be strict restrictions in thier use, personally I wouldn't use them ...
-
Do you not have discs on the front? I woulda thought with the engine upgrade it would have had to be done (the disc conversion I mean), but maybe not cause it's still a six ???
-
id say he has beddy still on the back and wants to change the wheels but cant with 2 different stud patterns.
cheers

Hey Ben You're onto it, We have HQ front disc conversion. We want to carry only one spare wheel. Beddy to Holden adaptors are available through this site! SA rego is so simple compared to other states, Don't have the "bullshit" of Roadworthies etc!
Cheers Brian & Carole

SandB, I think it better if you had the axles redrilled ;)
-
I'd go with redrilling
-
Redrilling the axle may be a problem. You need to do the drums as well and machine the center boss to suit the Holden. Redrilling costs about $70 per axle, but it is now illegal in Vic. Drums may or may not be able to be drilled.
It maybe easier to get some blank HQ rotors and have them drilled to the Bedford pattern and have a set of center boss spacers made up.
-
hey spanners, is that second method legal in vic? if so what is the cost involved and secondly do you know of anywhere that does it/ ... ta EM
-
Ed yes its legal. I know Hoppers Stoppers can do it not sure on who else.
-
cool. sounds like a plan, thanx mate
