Title: King Cab Truck from Dural NSW
Post by: BlackBedford on December 04, 2008, 09:23:22 AM
G'day

It was part of a post on the old forum and nothing more has been said about it so I thought I would repost it.

Mark Hayes from Dural, in NSW, has a flash Torana drag car. To carry it around he has built a very neat CF car transporter with some very good modifications including...
250mm king cab, widened HJ Premier bench seat, Statesman gauges, HJ discs and stub axles, and air conditioning, amongst others.

Has anybody seen this beast yet?

Regards

Chris

G'day
In the article it says that he used HJ discs and stub axles on the front so he has to carry 2 spare tyres.

The rusted out red CFL truck with V6 I bought has the same problem. The only way to run the same stud pattern all round is to get 6 stud ventilated discs off a 1984? Long Wheel Base Transit. They are hard to find.

G'day

Reading the article again, it says that he put a 9" in so he would probably have the same stud pattern all round.
