Title: NEEDED! THROTTLE CABLE
Post by: Rotti on April 03, 2013, 09:00:13 PM: Evening, under the old girl today & found my throttle cable had electrical tape wrapped around it, closer inspection....3 strands of wire actually holding on. So looking for a new one. 74 cf running 6cylinder auto. Will start pavement pounding tomorrow! ::)

I ended up using a generic cable i got from a local parts store.
If you want genuine fair enough, but there are other options in a pinch.

Post by: Rotti on April 05, 2013, 01:55:12 PM: We all know what its like to get anything done, (let alone done right the first time)here on the gold coast, BUT...these guys are an exeption, whole new throttle cable made up, inner & outer, real nice job, was ready to be picked up within 4 hours......quored $50, came in under that at $46-
recommended for any cabling!
