Title: Master cylinder
Post by: Postie Bob on December 11, 2012, 08:45:47 PM
G`day all.
The bottom lug on my master cylinder is broken off.
Is there a replacement cylinder available that I can use without much drama ?
The original one needs an overhaul anyway and I can,t for the life of me work out how it comes apart!!!
Could the lug be welded back on successfully ( it,s cast iron ) or is that a no-no .
Any assist much appreciated .
Cheers , Bob.

Still scratching my head over this master cylinder  :-[ .
Mine is a Lockheed 3211/832c model .
Are they serviceable ?  What is holding it all together ?
Do I keep looking for a suitable replacement ?
Cheers, Bob.
