Title: Wanted: Demister ducting and upper control arm bump stops

Hey Ladies and Gents,
as stated in the topic I need the ducting that fits up under the dash for the demister, should have 3(?) exit points from memory.

and I also need a set of upper control arm bump stop rubbers (or rebound rubbers) I'm happy with good second hand or the details of where to source new ones.

I need these somewhat urgently if at all possible and will appreciate any leads on where to find such parts.
