Title: BORRIE FOR SALE

ok folks time has come Borrie is up for sale.......no I don't want to sell her but I want to do my 4x4 beddie and my wifee wont sell her rings........how inconsiderate!

so here's a quick list for now and as I remember more things I'll add them later ....... I have the next ten days to do the following for the VAN NATS where I plan on putting her out for display......blal bla sale.

finish CUTTING RUST  and rebuilding/ painting bonnet,
trim front seats , finish a simple clean interior.
trim and or fit dash (custom cab)
finsh sanding and painting/ molding front flares and spoiler.

there is a heap of extras including rims and tyres,LPG  gas system,

also a brand new set of Weld Wheels (Petrolheads) to go with her just for the cherry on top and to complete the build......JOB DONE!

173 3 speed
ww stromberge 2brl carby on ported manifold
extractors and 2.5" exhaust
electronic dizzy
thermo fan.
all painted and chromed as well
you will see it at the show


on lpg now..
disk brake front
1 tonner diff/leaf springs /shocks and sway bar..
new 245/60/14 on the rear 14x8..

Dano, I made the offer to Mark today, but never got a chance to extend the offer to you aswell.. I live on a main road and am regularly pestered about whether i'm willing to sell my van (obviously not) If you would like to put it on my lawn with a for sale sign, you are more than welcome. You know how to contact me.
It is a VERY nice van, well looked after and built. It will be a great buy for the right buyer.

Vintageholden, no offence, but considering the quality of vans currently for sale in the 12k range, sporting 350chevs, 9" diffs, etc, etc.. a van with a 173 and a tonner diff is unlikely to attract upwards of $6k.
That being said, someone who knows nothing of the quality available could well be convinced to part with more $$$

Good luck to those with vans for sale, and to those in the market to buy!

i wasnt after 12k its not worth that
$6-8k...
when i decide to sell
not finished yet..thats why my van wasnt there.
doing a few mods to the rear tailgate.
