Well I've finally finished doing the body work on the standard CF van - except painting it.
The only modifications I've done to this van was put in a side door, change the seats, 7" mags and put a 6 cly in it.
The first pic is when I got the van, second is the rust that was cut out of it (for some strange reason I kept it all. Third photo is in process of adding a side door and pillar.
I'd still class this van as one of the tidiest vans I've had (before working on it)

you are still the randy pelc of the southern hemisphere bro, even your standard vans are exceptional ;D is there much work to fit the side door?

Fitting the side door would normally of been real easy, just drill out the spot welds on the front and right side of the pillar (where side door is bolted to), remove panel (where side door to go), clean up the area and fit, then spot weld the pillar section on. The door catch pillar etc is same as if it had a door, no other changes are needed. Then again there is a plate welded over the bottom seam by the battery lid that can be added to save tripping yourself up.
I had to replace a section of the inner gutter (notice big chunk missing in pic), this was caused by some one drilling drain holes in the gutter, the idea works but the roof needs to be resealed, sadly it wasn't. Had to do both sides.

oh yeh thats sounds simple enough..
might look at putting another side door on the right hand side one day..
