i have a 1978 LWB and am wanting to convert it from duel wheel to single as i prefer the look of single. are there any big no nos when doing so or is it not a good idea for the general performance ect of the van?

1. obviously wont have the weight carrying capacity.
2. how are you going to bring the wheels out to the edge of the flares?
i have standard guards here if big wheels are not an option.
