Is there two ways the calliper bracket can go on, or a left and right one?
Maybe it could position the caliper up a bit giving more clearance.

If you are using the Castlemaine conversion kit then the mounting plates have a'T' stamped on them which means 'Top'. Make sure that is at the top when you fit them.
You will see a tab of metal sticking out in Sweet Shock's bottom photo. You should only have to grind that off flush and you're good to go. If it is still hitting then you've probably got something else wrong somewhere.
Have a look through this thread. There is a bit of documentation on it and some photos so you can see if your caliper is sitting roughly in the right place.

yes you did:) but i didnt design them:) i have had many vans that do this. it is just slightly restricting on your turning circle. its actually a good thing i recon. stops you really screwing the front tyres out. have a look at the angle of the tyres on full lock its crazy! and not good for tyre wear.

I did. But it was with the alloy callipers. thought I was being smart, but the steel ones work best.

me too, was flipping out , but "ME MATE" one of perth's best brake guru's just kept on grinding till "all good dan" that'll be ..........BUUURRRPP! UR SHOUT!
seriously... plenty of meat to grind .....I used the HZ caliper as it was a bit "newer" back then...
