hey folks just thought id share this with you guys. incase you desperatly wanna get your van done up but cant find the time like me:)
im always time poor so when i found out about polyphasic sleepng patterns i was quick to try it!
im now on day 10 of everyman sleeping pattern which consists of 1 3hr core sleep and 3 20min power naps during the day.
total of 4 hours sleep a day:)
i sleep from 11pm till 2am then start work!!!!!!
my naps are 6.30am 12.30pm 6.30am.
obviously its a little tricky to fit in with normal life but i am stealing a total of 28 hours a week (from 8hr sleep to 4) from previous sleep i used to have!!!
imagine 28hours extra on the van a week!
the uberman sleeping pattern consists of 6 20 min naps 1 every 4hrs during a 24 hr day. equals a total of 2hrs sleep a day!!! insane.
oh by the way i feel just as good as i did when i had 8 hrs. man am i productive!!!!! read up the physics of it if you want.. its awesome!!!! call me crazy if you want too ha ha everyone else has!!!!
check it out:)

When you get on a bit Ben, you'll understand that when you sleep you don't hear winging, nagging or whinning. Other than that, I like my sleep, and its tooo cold in the shed at night.. Buga this I'm going back to bed ;D ;D :o ;D ;D
