Nice work Garry, that's the second Beddy I have seen with an RB30, a little tight to fit but good to know that it can be done.
I assume your running the standard 4-speed Nissan box?

Nice rig - very military! hahaha

I take it you've got it set up as a rear wheel drive. Any thoughts of making it  all whel drive?

Nice job fitting the engine in!  ;)  ;D

Garry,

Can you give us a little info on your conversion?

What was easy? What was difficult? If you could do it again what would/wouldn't you do?
Wiring Loom? ECU? etc etc What diff ratio are you using?

How does it perform? Top speed, overtaking power? How does the gearbox hold up?
Did you have to modify it in any way?

I had a 1988 Nissan Skyline with an RB30 - would have to be the most reliable car that I ever had.

Cheers

excuse my ignorance, but is the RB30 the same as that used by the VL commadore ?

My mind has wandered towards 4X4 ing Boris and using this type of motor.

Garry - I will be following your progress with interest.

Gary seems to have gone awol.

Some more info on this conversion would be great! It is looking like a top solution
to re-power my LWB. Now where did that Garry get to...
