Someone sure put in a lot of effort at some stage.
I like the door handles and the back door.
Not to sure about the bullet holes in the window though :o

There is an axe hole in the side too. Someones wife got angry I was told.
-
i like it the way it is, it's sort of working within the RatRod theme.. the Rat Bed..
I'd be tempted to buy it and shoot some more holes in it, and weld an axe into the side where it has left its mark...
I think i might go and be nice to the missus for a while......
-
i would of brought it if its in melb pitty its in qld i like the flairs rear door is nice too
-
Judging by the rust on the flares in picture 1, they must be steel?.....i think if it was in melb, and i was a little tipsy, id buy it....just to see how its all put together if for no other reason.....then CHOP CHOP CHOP CHOP:), decent price, i like that....does it run?

G'day
I am sure that is a van that was for sale a few years back. It had a 253 in it and was asking $12000. It was in very tidy condition at that time.
Very sad to see it's demise.
-
l'm another person saying if only it was melbourne, or then again !!! does any one know what the running gear is like?
-
That would have been a mint looking van in it's day..
kinda makes you a bit sad, hey?
Are those front window modifications (curved up) made out of steel? I have seen them on vans from back in the day, but the look awesome!
-
Bloody hell..Check out the dish on those rims on the rear WIDE :o

Hey declan b4 you start chopping and changing can you supply us with a batch of pics, in and outside to wet our appetites for vans.
George.
-
Hi Bedfordcrazy
I'm thinking of keeping the axe holes and put a couple of bullet hole stickers on the front and rear screens and call the van "cheeta".
Anthony
-
hey anthony what did it cost you for transport.
-
Hi Rubman
Transport was a big problen- as van was not running.
If it was running the cheapest quote was $420 + GST.
Time was the other issue, It needed to be picked up by last Sunday.
It ended up scosting$1400. Its pretty steep, but I am hoping it is worth it.
