AIR FILTER
« on: September 14, 2008, 10:15:06 AM »
Can anyone tell me the number for a standard bedford air filter? and other vehicles it is used for just in case it is no longer used.

I just had my mechanic tune the bedford but he gave it to the apprentice (oh s-t >:() to do.
Came back with all the heater/lpg hoses swapped around and a torana air filter (about half as high, doesn't fill the gap, any d-ckhead could see that!!!!!) but my old filter was long in the bin and gone so i can't take it in to be matched up

So if you have the part no please let me know so i can order one in

Hey Worzel, I brought one for my beddy which has the standard air filter some time back, cause my van is unreg I only start it up now and then so decided to have a look at the element today just in case, normally it's on the box but it still had a little sticker on it had the numbers VA2 and A24, I'am pretty sure the VA2 is valioline stock just a replacement for the A24 hope it helps

cheers snow

hey Worzel
i just came arcoss a pic you put up for Ben to do with his heater and gas, notice your air cleaner is a bit different to the one i've got, mine is the standard 202 one so the numbers above for you are probably not right, sorry mate
