My drivers side seatbelt is fraying and won't be right to pass upcoming rwc.. Any idea where to find replacement.. An original preferred but if can't find what is good second choice option?

Go to Autobarn/SuperCheap etc and you can get brand new ADR approved universal seatbelts. I'll be doing this when I put the new engine in my Bedford.
